We pack each item in many layers of bubble wrap, surrounded by heavy-duty packing peanuts inside a heavy-duty box. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely and am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item(s) ship. If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification I sent upon shipment.
If you have not received your item within 14 business days from the date it was sent please contact email@example.com.
Please make sure that we are shipping your order to a secure location. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition. I will gladly exchange it for a similar item of equal value. Please notify firstname.lastname@example.org or call 828-225-4063 within 2 business days of receipt. Please take several photos of the box including the outside of the box, the packaging and items inside. After taking the photos please save everything. I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my ship and I ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and by nature have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact me within 10 business days. All items must be in perfect and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. There is a 10% restocking fee, buyer is also responsible for return shipping. After a 10 day grace period from delivery date, all sales are final. In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.

To receive a full refund (less 3% processing fee) you must cancel 30 business prior to the start date of your class. If you cancel in the 30 business days prior to the start date of your class you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel during the 5 business days prior to the start date of your class there is ZERO refund. days notice. If you find you are unable to make the class you have signed up for and wish to switch to a different class start date there is no fee if its done 30 days prior to the original start date. If you find you need to switch start dates and it is between 5 and 30 business days before your original start date then there is a fee of $25.00 to switch.

Your class starts June 2nd and you realize you just made travel plans for the summer and need to switch or cancel!
(30 days prior to the start date) Cancel before May 1st and receive a full refund less 3% or switch to a different class at no charge.
(with in 30 to 7 days of the start date)Cancel after May 2nd but before May 25th and receive a 50% refund or switch to a new class for a fee of $25.00
(with in 7 days of the start date) Cancel after May 25th and there is no refund. The only option available to not loose money is to switch to a new class start date for a fee of $25.00.
